P.A.C.E: Our Leaders in El Salvador

As part of our ongoing evolution and our commitment to more equitable workplaces, our leaders from the Talent & Culture, Human Resources, and Commercial teams were selected to participate in the P.A.C.E. program (Personal Advancement & Career Enhancement)—an industry-wide collaboration created to promote gender equality in global supply chains for apparel, footwear, and home textiles.

Traveling to El Salvador, our new trainers gained the necessary tools to empower and train our female collaborators, equipping them with stronger life skills and helping them become bolder, more confident, and better prepared to manage challenges effectively.

We proudly celebrate this achievement, as our leaders earned two Silver and one Gold Trainer medals—recognitions that highlight their dedication and responsibility in continuing to empower women in the industry.
